摘 要:随着网络的普及,信息技术的发展以及中国国际贸易的繁荣,近几年电子商务迅速兴起,给企业注入了新的活力,然而在电子商务发展的过程中,物流配送成了企业必须面对和迫切解决的问题,同时也是企业在电子商务环境下取胜的关键。

Abstract: Along with the popularization of network, the development of information technology and the prosperity of Chinese international trade, in recent years, electronic commerce has rised rapidly and brung new vitality to the enterprise, however, in the process of development of electronic commerce, logistics and distribution became the problem that enterprises must face and solve urgently, and at the same time it is the key to be successful under the e-commerce environment.

京东商城原来和其他B2C企业一样并没有自己的物流系统,而是利用第三方物流公司平台与客户实现交易和运输的。但是,由于这种物流方式会导致企业汇款的时间较长,严重影响了企业的资金周转效率以及安全性。另外,第三方物流公司配送货物时,往往因为对产品特性不了解或者搬运不够仔细,时常会发生送货途中产品外观造成不同程度的损坏。在这种物流压力的逼迫下,京东商城决定重新寻找能够既提高物流配送能力又能提升服务水平的物流体系。
