摘要：加入世贸组织，给我国带来了前所未有发展机遇，提高中国在国际社会中的地位。然而WTO给中国带来的不仅仅是机遇，随之而来的还有严峻的挑战。21世纪以来，针对中国企业的反倾销案件逐年增加，中国已经成为国际反倾销的最大受害者。本文首先从我国面临反倾销的现状研究。其次针国外对我国反倾销的特点，来研究我国遭受国外反倾销的原因，并深入分析原因。最后提出我国从各个方面应对国外反倾销的策略。

Abstract: to join the world trade organization, to our country has brought unprecedented opportunities for development, improve the status of China in the international society. However WTO brings to China is not only the opportunity, along with a serious challenge. The 21 century, for Chinese enterprise anti-dumping cases increase year by year, China has become the largest international antidumping victims. In this paper, the present situation of China is facing anti-dumping. Second needle foreign antidumping cases against China, the characteristics of China's suffered from foreign anti-dumping reasons, and in-depth analysis of the causes. Finally put forward our country against antidumping from each aspect of strategy.
