摘要：在过去的历史中，诚信是各个行业传统的商业道德，是企业发展的基石。信用社是农村金融经济的主力军，对江苏省的经济建设和社会发展做出过重大贡献，尤其是在社会主义新农村的建设过程中。同时在全面推进小康社会的进程中，农村信用社也发挥着重要作用。农村信用社诚信文化建设的加强,对科学的整合农村信用社的生产要素具有重大意义,还能促使农村信用社形成共同价值观,增强凝聚力,构建和谐企业,有助于形成和谐的发展氛围，使农村信用社在激烈的农村金融市场竞争中实现可持续发展。但依照农村信用社现状，其依然处于萌芽状态，员工对诚信文化在企业发展中的作用缺乏相应的认识，因此，构建并维护诚信文化对顺应农村信用社改革发展潮流、建立现代金融企业、促进企业和员工的和谐尤为重要而且迫切。

Rural credit cooperatives honesty culture construction, the strengthening of the integration of rural credit cooperatives of science of factors of production is of great significance to promote the rural credit cooperatives, formed the common values, enhance the cohesive force, to construct a harmonious enterprise, and to create a harmonious atmosphere, make the development of rural credit cooperatives in the fierce competition in rural financial market to realize the sustainable development. In accordance with the present situation of rural credit cooperatives, it is still in its infancy, the staff of honesty culture in enterprise role in the development of the lack of the proper understanding, accordingly, build and maintain honesty culture to conform to the rural credit cooperatives reform and development trend, to establish a modern financial enterprises, promote enterprise and employee harmony is especially important and urgent.
