【摘要】随着中国经济的迅速发展，居民收入水平不断提高，城乡居民的收入差距也在不断的扩大。这对中国的社会稳定构成了极大的威胁。而城乡社会保障制度的不完善是导致我国城乡收入差距不断扩大的重要因素之一。因此，本文将从完善社会保障制度入手对此课题进行研究，对现阶段收入差距拉大问题进行梳理，分析了社会保障制度不完善是收入差距拉大的重要原因，继而就解决问题，提出了相关建议，以期缩小城乡收入分配差距,改善收入分配状态,促进经济发展,社会稳定,实现社会和谐。

Abstract:With China's rapid economic development, rising income levels, the income gap between urban and rural residents is constantly expanding. This constitutes a great threat to China’s social stability. The perfect urban and rural social security system led to widening income gap between urban and rural areas an important factor. Therefore, this article will start with improving the social security system to study this subject, on the widening income gap at this stage to sort out the problem, analyzing the social security system is flawed and widening income gap is an important reason, and then to solve the problem, proposed Recommendations, and then narrow the urban-rural income gap, improving income distribution state to promote economic development, social stability and social harmony.
本文的研究意义在于：
第一，完善社会保障制度，缩小城乡收入差距是全面建设小康社会的内在需要。完善城乡社会保障制度，缩小城乡差距是实现城乡经济良性循环的必然要求，意义非常重大。
第二，完善社会保障制度，缩小城乡收入差距是构建和谐社会的现实需要。和谐社会的构建，经济的健康科学发展，离不开稳定的社会环境，透过本课题的研究，寻求改善我国收入分配不均衡的状况，能够有效的减轻社会公众的不满情绪，缓解尖锐的社会矛盾，维护社会稳定，促进社会和谐。
