摘要:创业已经成为世界各国不可忽视的一项经济活动，很多实证研究证明创业企业的成长与发展能够为本国国民经济带来巨大的增长机会。如今创业企业因自有资金不足而不能继续发展的现象非常严重，融资问题成为创业者创业的一大障碍。对创业融资问题进行研究，有助于创业企业拓宽融资渠道、完善融资结构，对保障企业的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。我国的经济体制还处于逐步发展完善的过程中，借鉴发达国家、地区的创业融资经验，改善我国创业企业融资现状可谓当务之急。本文从中国创业企业融资面临的困境出发，回顾了国内外创业融资方面的相关理论，介绍了创业融资的概念、主要渠道、需求特征等，针对我国创业融资困难的现状分析原因，提出解决创业企业的融资问题的相应对策。

Abstract:Entrepreneurship has become a world economic activity which can not be ignored. Many empirical studies have shown that growth and development of start-ups to the national economy can bring a tremendous growth opportunity. The innate tightness of money causes the undertaking enterprise can't be able to continue to develop，this kind of phenomenon becoming very serious. Conducted a study of venture capital financing to help start-ups to broaden the financing channels, improve the financing structure, and to ensure sustainable development of enterprises is of great significance. China's economic system is still in the process of gradual development and improvement, drawing on developed countries, the region's venture capital financing experience to improve our corporate finance business situation can be described as top priority. This paper reveals the Chinese dilemma of corporate finance business, review the relevant domestic and international business finance theory, introduced the concept and characteristics of venture capital financing, sources and methods, demand characteristics. This paper analyzed the reasons for the difficulties of Venture Financing and proposed the solution of undertaking enterprise financing questions.
