摘要：商业银行随着职能作用和业务功能演变而不断扩展和完善，实现自身业务发展与履行社会责任的有机统一成为商业银行日益关注的问题。本文以兴业银行为例，具体阐述了我国商业银行履行社会责任的现状，借鉴国内外商业银行履行社会责任的基本经验，分析赤道原则对于我国商业银行可持续发展的意义；分析兴业银行在发展过程中面临的挑战，并为我国商业银行更好地履行社会责任提出对策和建议。

Abstract:The role and functions of commercial banks with the evolution of business functions continue to expand and improve, to achieve their business development and social responsibility into commercial banks to the organic unity of growing concern. In this paper, Industrial Bank, for example, commercial banks in China is described in detail the status of social responsibility, from domestic and foreign commercial banks to fulfill their social responsibility to the basic experience of China's commercial banks to the Equator Principles for Sustainable Development. Industrial Bank in the development process of facing new challenges, as well as China's commercial banks to better fulfill their social responsibility to come up with strategies and recommendations.
