摘要：农村居民服务则包括医疗保健、交通通信、教育文化娱乐、其他服务等四个方面。目前江苏农村居民服务消费支出持续增长；江苏农村居民消费结构由温饱型向小康型过渡；江苏农村居民服务消费增长空间巨大；服务消费比重较少，且上升缓慢等特征。本文首先介绍了服务消费的相关理论概念，然后分析了制约江苏农村居民服务消费增长的因素，如农村居民的收入分配、农村居民的消费观念、社会保障制度，服务质量不高，农村居民服务消费环境差，维权困难等等，最后针对以上因素，给出了扩大江苏农村居民服务消费的对策建议。

Abstract：Rural residents’ services includes four aspects such as medical care, transportation and communication, educational and cultural entertainment, and other services .Nowadays，rural residents’ services consumption of Jiangsu Province has these characteristic features. Firstly， rural residents’ services consumption of Jiangsu Province has been increasing; secondly，the consumption structure of rural residents’ in Jiangsu Province are transforming from subsistence to a well-off；what’s more，Jiangsu rural residents’ services consumption will have a great development in the future; besides, the low proportion and the low growth of the service consumption are the important reasons. First of all, this article introduces the theoretical concepts of service consumption, then, analyzes the factors restricting the increase of the rural residents’ services consumption of Jiangsu Province. Such as the distribution of income of rural residents, the concept of consumption of rural residents, the social security system of rural residents, the low quality of services, the poor consumer environment and the difficulty in protecting rights and interests. At last, in the view of the above factors, this paper gives the suggestions to expend the rural residents’ services consumption of Jiangsu.
