摘要：自人类迈入知识经济时代以来, 随着人们对知识和无形资产在经济发展中作用的关注和研究，区域智力资本越来越多的受到了人们的关注,本文以江苏为实例，结合江苏经济发展的实际情况，对区域智力资本理论在区域经济研究中的作用作了分析，并最终提出提高区域智力资本的措施和建议。
