摘要：纺织业是江苏的传统优势产业和出口创汇的支柱性产业，苏锡常纺织品的出口占了江苏较大比重。面对迅速增长的国内外需求和国际市场的中低档产品市场，苏锡常的纺织工业取得了长足的进步。然而，以绿色贸易壁垒为核心的新贸易壁垒的不断呈现导致新型贸易争端层出不穷。本文从纺织业的现状出发，介绍国外对苏锡常地区纺织品和服装出口所实施的绿色壁垒情况的基础上，针对纺织品所面临的壁垒特点，分析了其对苏锡常纺织品出口影响并正对性从政府、企业和行业等多个角度提出了应对绿色壁垒的对策和措施，旨在降低绿色贸易壁垒对现行苏锡常纺织品的不利影响并推动纺织业朝着可持续的绿色方向发展。

Abstract: Textile industry is the traditional advantaged industry and fundamental industry of earning foreign exchange through exports in Jiangsu province. The textile exports of Suxichang accounts for a large proportion in Jiangsu. Since reform and opening up, the textile exports of suxichang has made great progress, facing with the increasing demands for medium and low-grade products at home and abroad. However, the textile exports of Suxichang is always suffered with quota restrictions and trade barriers which are more strictly than any other countries or regions. Therefore, more and more new trade disputes appear, with the rising of new trade protectionism and Environmental Trade Barriers.
