摘 要:企业供应商选择是供应链管理中的重要组成部分,供应商选择不但会影响企业产品的来源与质量,也会对企业的生产成本产生影响,直接关系到企业的发展战略制定和企业的可持续发展,因此,对企业供应商选择评估进行研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文旨在通过对企业供应商选择评估方法的研究,为企业供应商选择提供指导与参考。本文在现有研究的基础上,对供应商选择评估进行了研究,主要研究内容包括:
(1)构建了企业供应商选择评估指标体系。提出了企业供应商选择指标体系的构建原则,在现有供应商选择评估的基础上,遵循指标体系的构建原则,构建了包括,财务状况、服务支持状况(满足客户能力状况)、企业内部管理水平状况等维度的供应商选择评估指标体系,并提出了利用层次分析法确定指标权重的思路。
(2)建立了企业供应商选择评估模型。根据企业供应商选择评估的特点,利用灰色白化权聚类评估的思想,建立了企业供应商选择评估模型,并通过应用实例检验该模型的有效性。

ABSTRACT:Supplier selection is an important part of supply chain management, supplier selection will influence not only the source and quality of enterprise products, will also affect the production cost of enterprise, directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises, therefore, the supplier selection evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance of research. This paper aims to study the selection of evaluation methods of suppliers, choose to provide guidance and reference for enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of existing research, the supplier selection evaluation were studied, the main research contents include:
(1) Establishes the evaluation index system of selecting supplier. In the construction of index system of selecting supplier, based on existing supplier selection evaluation, construction principles of index system, including the construction of support conditions, financial status, service (to meet customer status), evaluation index system of selection dimensions of enterprise internal management level of suppliers, and proposes the use of analytic hierarchy method to determine index weight method.
(2) The establishment of enterprises supplier selection evaluation model. According to the characteristics of enterprise supplier selection evaluation, using grey clustering evaluation ideas, set up enterprise supplier selection evaluation model, and to test the validity of the model through application examples.
