摘要：产业转移对于区域经济结构调整及区域间经济关系的优化具有重要意义。本文利用偏离—份额分析法对南通市的产业结构进行分析，发现南通产业结构不是很合理，但区位竞争能力不断增强，且南通的环境污染主要由第二产业引起，从而给出实现产业转移与环境保护协调发展的建议。

Abstract：Industry transfer has great significance on adjusting the economic structure of region and promoting the relationship among regional economy. This article uses the shift-share analysis to analyse the industrial structure of Nantong, coming to a conclusion that the industrial structure is not very unreasonable but competitive capacity of location is continually enhancing.Also the environmental pollution of Nantong is mainly caused by the secondary industry.Then I give the suggestions of realizing industrial transfer and environmental protection coordination development.
