摘要：我国农村信用合作社对农村经济的支持起着不可替代的作用，显示出强大的生命力。各省市也积极采取措施，促进其发展。本论文从现状入手，剖析农村信用合作社产权结构，征信体制，经营风险,金融创新等存在的问题，针对以上问题提出完善治理结构，推进小额贷款，加强企业文化等对策来适应时代的发展，更好的为农村建设服务。

Abstract ：Rural credit cooperatives in our country's support for the rural economy plays an irreplaceable role, showing strong vitality. Provinces also take active measures to promote its development. In this paper, from the perspective of the status quo, analyze the structure of property rights of rural credit cooperatives, credit reporting system, the management risk, financial innovation and so on existing problems, and aimed at these problems puts forward perfect the governance structure, to promote small loans, countermeasures such as strengthening the enterprise culture to adapt to the development of The Times, better service for rural construction.
