摘要：自从中国加入WTO以来，实施了许多开放政策，但是，在执行过程中遇到了许多问题。改革开放是为了更好的发展经济，但是随着改革开放的进行，有许多问题显现出来，并且越来越明显，比如改革开放与中国的国情等方面的不适应。因此，中国（上海）自由贸易区的正式建立，对经济发展起着非常重要的意义，尤其是中国刚刚从计划经济走向市场经济，更具有非常重大的历史意义。为了更好地顺应全球经贸发展的新趋势，中国建立了上海自由贸易区。这对于中国来说，有着许多好处，比如，中国将会越来越积极主动地实行对外开放的政策，能够更好地适应全球市场竞争的新优势，能够更好地构建与世界各国共同发展的新平台，同时有利于拓展中国经济增长的新空间，打造中国经济的“升级版”。
伴随着上海自贸区的建立，势必会使进出口业务发生重大的变化，尤其会对上海民营企业的对外贸易业务产生深远的影响。因此，本文研究上海自贸区的建立对上海民营企业对外贸易的影响主要从以下几个方面展开：首先，说明本文的研究背景、研究目的以及研究方法；然后，通过查找相关文献，对国内外在该领域的研究进行简要的综述；接着，简要介绍上海自贸区建立的背景以及上海民营企业发展的现状，同时，重点分析上海自贸区的建立对上海民营企业的产生的影响，最后，提出相关建议。

Establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone to follow the new trends in global trade and economic development is conducive to China more proactive opening up major initiatives, help nurture our new competitive advantages for the world, help build a new platform for the development of cooperation with other countries, while the new space is conducive to expanding China's economic growth, to create China's economy "upgrade".
Since the establishment of the Shanghai trade zone would have a very significant impact on China's economic development. Shanghai Free Trade Zone has its own characteristics, will have a very significant impact on the development of all walks of life. With the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, is bound to make major changes in import and export business, especially a profound impact on private enterprises in foreign trade business. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of the establishment of Shanghai FTA foreign trade of private enterprises, the main challenge to build Shanghai FTA brought from a private enterprise and the opportunities and difficulties faced by private enterprises aspects of research, and thus proposed a series of measures in order to deal with the establishment of Shanghai FTA changes brought by private enterprises should take.
