摘要：经过几年的蓬勃发展，我国光伏产业的出口量占据了国际市场的大壁江山。但是近两年来，我国光伏企业却在国际市场上频频碰壁。面对美国和欧盟的反补贴和反倾销税，中国的光伏企业面临巨大的压力。不少光伏企业破产倒闭，其中不乏一些知名的企业。2013年3月，创造过光伏界神话的无锡尚德电力宣告破产，宣告着一个昔日辉煌的企业走到了尽头。本文旨在通过对国外市场环境以及国内光伏产业发展特点分析，结合近年来我国光伏的出口数据，通过从国内国外两方面寻找我国光伏企业出口受挫的原因，结合无锡尚德电力破产重组的案例，对我国光伏产品出口的现状进行初步分析，探讨我国光伏出口中存在的几个问题，如过度依赖国外市场，没有掌握关键的核心技术以及产业的附加值较低，并就所存在的问题从企业方面以及政府方面给出解决方法。

Abstract: After several years of vigorous development , the export volume of China's photovoltaic industry occupies a large wall country international market . But the past two years , China's PV companies in the international market has frequently rebuffed . Facing of U.S. and EU countervailing and anti-dumping duties , China 's photovoltaic enterprises are facing tremendous pressure. Many solar companies went bankrupt , including some well-known companies. March 2013 , created a myth Suntech photovoltaic electricity sector bankruptcy , declaring a former brilliant business came to an end . This article aims to foreign markets through the development environment and the characteristics of the domestic photovoltaic industry analysis, combined with export figures in recent years, China's PV through both from the domestic photovoltaic companies exporting abroad in search of the cause of frustration , combined with Suntech Power bankruptcy reorganization case , right preliminary analysis of the status quo of China's photovoltaic products exported to explore several issues that exist in China's photovoltaic exports , such as over-reliance on foreign markets , did not grasp the lower critical core technology and value-added industries , and to the problems from a business aspect and the government gives a solution
