摘要:上海自由贸易试验区是我国自改革开放之后的最大限度对外开放区域。自贸区的试验内容包括税制改革、金融改革等多个方面，目标是促进当地区域经济的发展，同时作为全国经济发展的试验田，以点带面推动全国的金融改革和经济发展。其中，金融改革是自贸区各项政策中最为重要的一项内容之一，对整个自贸区的集群能力和扩张能力起到了巨大的作用。而物流业又是自贸区最获利的行业之一。因此，根据自贸区的发展背景，结合物流产业的发展理论，针对上海自贸区金融改革对园区物流企业的影响进行分析，能总结出自贸区金融改革对园区物流企业在经营、销售和管理过程中的促进作用，也能总结出园区物流企业应对自贸区金融改革应当采取的措施，包括充分利用政策融资扩张和改变产业结构，提升服务质量。

Abstract：Shanghai free trade zone is the maximum region open to the outside world since China's reform and opening up after the.Test content FTA includes several aspects of tax reform,financial reform,the goal is to promote the development of local economy,at the same time as the experimental field for the development of the national economy,to promote the country's financial reform and economic development.Among them,the financial reform is the FTA policy is one of the most important content,the FTA cluster ability and expanding ability plays a huge role.But the logistics industry is one of the most profitable industries in FTA.Therefore,according to the development background of FTA,combined with the theory of development of logistics industry,this article analyzes the influence of financial reform on the Shanghai FTA logistic sent erprises in the park,can summarize promote financial reform in management,sale,trade and management in the process of logistics enterprises in the park,can be summed up the reform of logistics enterprises to finance should adopt FTA Park measures,including making full use of policy financing to expand and change of industrial structure,improve the quality of service.
