摘要:近几年来，物流服务业在我国发展迅速，同时，在上海国际贸易中心建设的进程中，推动服务贸易的发展也是其中十分重要的一环。我国具有发展物流服务业的各种优势，同时，服务贸易的市场占有份额每年都在增长，逐渐与货物贸易有着同样重要的地位。上海国际贸易中心的建设正处于一个稳步发展的过程中，而其中物流服务业的发展对于上海国际贸易中心建设来说，有着很大的促进作用。本文主要对我国物流服务业的发展对于上海国际贸易中心建设的种种影响进行了分析，在了解物流业在我国的发展现状和上海国际贸易中心建设情况的基础上，对物流业发展的大环境进行了PEST分析，同时对于物流服务业发展对上海国际贸易中心建设的影响进行了比较分析，从中进行提炼和总结，提出了一些促进上海国际贸易中心发展的措施和建议。

Abstract：In recent years, the logistics service industry in China had a rapid development. Meanwhile, it is also very important to promote the development of service trade in the process of the construction of Shanghai International Trade Center. Our country has various advantages in developing the logistics service industry. The market share of service trade is growing every year and increasingly has the same important position with goods trade. The construction of Shanghai International Trade Center is in a process of steady development, to which, the development of the logistics service industry has a great promoting effect. This paper focuses on the effect that the development of the logistics service industry has to Shanghai International Trade Center. On the basis of the understanding of those two, make PEST analysis and comparative analysis on the environment and development of the logistics industry and summarize the recommendations and put forward some measures to promote the development of the Shanghai International Trade Center.
