摘要：一直以来，西部地区发展滞后，人民生活水平普遍不高，教育也落后，该地区面临着经济发展瓶颈，这在西部民族地区尤显突出，该地区的金融市场与企业融资面临着严峻的挑战。现代市场经济告诉我们，发达的金融市场与多元化的企业融资渠道对一个地区乃至一个国家的经济发展都有着巨大的推动作用。本文立足民族地区，分析了民族地区金融市场与企业融资的现状，以及进一步阐述了民族地区金融市场与企业融资存在的问题，提出了健全金融市场与企业融资相关的法律制度，提高金融机构创新意识以及增强企业自身资金实力和信用度等相应的对策建议，以发展民族地区经济，为我国的区域协调发展提供强有力的支持。

ABSTRACT：For a long time, the western region, development lag in western national areas, in particular, people's living standards are generally is not high, education also lag behind.The region is facing economic development bottleneck.In ethnic areas, however, financial markets and corporate finance problems and appear very important.The modern market economy tells us that the developed financial market and diversified financing channels for a region or even a country's economic development has a huge role in promoting.Based in ethnic minority areas, this paper analyzes the present situation of financial markets and corporate finance,and further puts forward the problems existing in the financial markets and corporate finance in ethnic minority areas, put forward a sound system of financial markets and corporate finance related laws, improve the financing of the multi-level capital market in national regions and enhance their own financial strength and credit, to perfect the ethnic areas of financial markets, the economic development of ethnic areas, provide strong support for the regional harmonious development in our country.
