摘要：民营企业作为我国民营经济的重要组成部分，逐渐推动者国民经济的快速发展的主力军，与国民经济的发展有着不可替代的关系。如何让我国民营企业快速、有效和健康的发展，是本文所要探讨的问题。本文主要通过对民营企业的现状的分析，找出民营企业现存的阻碍民营企业发展的主要问题，并给出相关的对策建议，使民营企业在未来发展中创造良好的环境。

ABSTRACT：Summary of private enterprises as an important part of China's private economy, the main force of the rapid development of the national economy gradually promoters, and the development of the national economy plays an irreplaceable relationship. How to make China's private enterprises fast, effective and healthy development, is this paper is to explore the issue. In this paper, through the analysis of the status of private enterprises, private enterprises to identify the main problems existing hinder the development of private enterprises, and give relevant suggestions, so that private enterprises to create a good environment for the future development.
