摘 要：随着城镇化进程的加快，“城市移民”呈现出新的发展动向，流动人口外出打工日渐出现“家庭化”趋势，从而使得外来务工子女的教育问题成为流动大军涌入城市后日益突出的重要问题之一。外来务工人员子女的教育问题有其现实的、历史的原因，要有效解决外来务工人员子女教育问题不是一朝一夕能完成的任务，需要全社会的共同努力。

Abstract：With the speeding up of urbanization process, "City of immigrants" shows new development trends,and the floating population of migrant workers shows "family" trend gradually, leading to the education problem of migrant children's become one of the important problems along with the influx of “mobile army” into the city.Education for children of migrant workers has its reasons,rooting in the reality and history.The task of effectively solving the migrant children’s education problem is not a short duration of time to complete,it requires the joint efforts of the whole society.

随着我国城镇化进程的加快，城市和农村的经济差距越来越大，农村出现大量的剩余劳动力，他们开始不断的向城市转移，而且整个家庭转移的比重越来越大。他们其中的一部分人已经熟悉了城市的生活节奏并且基本上固定了下来。其中，外来务工人员子女的教育产生了许多问题，引发了各种社会矛盾，这种情况日益引起了社会的关注。本文试图分析外来工子女就学方面存在的主要问题及其成因，提出解决外来工子女入学难问题的对策建议。
