摘要:广播媒体在应对突发事件的特殊作用至少在现阶段是其他任何形式的媒体都无法取代和超越的，在突发事件中广播的传播范围，传播速度以及效率，这些对于更好的解决突发事件的信息传递都是至关重要的。遗憾的是，在我国，人们对于广播并没有足够的重视，很多家庭中可能有几台电视，但是却没有一台收音机，受制于收听“终端”缺乏，很多地区虽然广播已经覆盖，但民众手里没有收音机，还是不能很好地接收到资讯。但是在世界上的很多国家，收音机始终是每个家庭必不可少的基本配置，我们的紧邻日本由于地震多发，每家每户都有一个急救包，其中收音机是必不可少的，灾难来时，这就是一个小小的“救命匣子”。所以，我们应该呼吁有关部门在收音机的全民普及上，下大功夫。

Abstract:Nowadays, the special role of the Broadcast media in response to the emergency can not be replaced and beyond any other forms of media at this stage. The broadcast range of the emergency, the speed and efficiency of transmission are essential for information transmission to solve the emergency. Unfortunately, in our country, people do not pay enough attention to the radio. Many families may have several TV sets, but no radio, which may cause by the lack of listening terminal. Although the radio signal has been covered in many areas, but the public does not hold in a radio or can not properly receive the information. However, in the rest of world, radio is still indispensable to every family, like our close neighbor Japan, due to earthquakes every household has a first aid kit, where radio is indispensable in it. This is called a little "help box." Therefore, we should appeal to the relevant departments that the radio needs to be popularity among citizens by putting great effort.
