摘要:夫妻财产约定制度作为婚姻家庭法中的重要内容，直接关系到婚姻当事人的权利义务，一直备受重视。我国夫妻财产制度的现行立法过于原则、概括，导致现实操作中婚姻当事人无所适从，使得该制度未能得到切实的应用。本文立足于我国夫妻财产制度的现行立法情况，分析我国夫妻约定财产制的不足，借鉴国外关于夫妻财产制度成功的立法经验，对我国夫妻财产制的完善提出几点建议。

Abstract:Belongings of husband and wife agreed system as the important content of matrimonial and family law, directly related to the rights and obligations of the parties, the marriage has been seriously. China's current marital property system, legislation, in real operation, makes the marital litigant bewilder to get practical application system. Based on our marital property system, analyzes the current situation in China legislation system, foreign marital property system about the success of our experience in legislation, perfecting marital property system are proposed.
