摘要:患者隐私权是患者的一项重要人格权，它是指患者对于其不为人知或者不愿为他人知悉的包括其疾病、身体隐秘部位在内的个人信息、个人秘密享有的不被他人知悉，禁止他人干涉的一种权利。在医疗活动中，医务工作者既是患者隐私权的义务实施者，同时也是患者隐私权的保护者，但在医疗过程中侵犯患者隐私权的现象屡见不鲜,人们对患者隐私权保护的需求越来越高。本文主要对现行我国关于患者隐私权所产生的法律问题进行了深入、细致的探讨，结合完善隐私权法律界定的必要性理论研究，以及国内外相关的理论实践，对完善患者隐私权保护制度提出建议，从而解决由患者隐私权带来的问题。

Abstract:Patient privacy is an important moral rights of patients, it is the patients reported unknown or do not want to know for others, including their disease, body parts, including personal information secret, her secret is not enjoyed by other people know, a right against interference of others. Medical activities, medical workers are both the perpetrators of the patient's privacy obligations, but also the protector of privacy of patients, but patients in the medical process and violations of privacy are common occurrences, people were growing demand for privacy protection high.In this paper, the existing privacy of our patients concerning legal issues arising from in-depth, detailed study, combined with the need to improve the legal definition of privacy theory research and theory related to practice at home and abroad, to improve patient privacy protection system proposed proposal, so as to solve the problems posed by the patient's privacy.
