摘要:在社会的不断发展中，妇女在社会中的地位日益突出，成为了建设社会主义社会、发展经济的不可或缺的重要力量。但是在我国市场经济体制建设还不完善的情况下和女性自身生理等方面的原因，我国对于女性就业权利的保障略显不足。本文认为，我国法律上应完善女性就业保障制度，令女性的就业保障权利不再是无法可循。为了更好地保障女性的就业权利，应当加强立法的明确性、加强对女性就业歧视的惩处力度、加强对女性的职业培训措施和建立起多层次、多机构的社会监督管理体系。完善女性就业保障制度，不仅有利于维护女性的合法权益，更有利于我国建设一个和谐的社会主义社会。

Abstract:In the continuous development of society, the status of women in society have become increasingly prominent, become the construction of socialist society and economic development indispensable important strength. But in China's market economic system construction is not perfect, and women themselves physiological aspects of reason, our country for women employment rights of insufficient. This paper argues that, our country should improve the law of female employment security system, make women's employment security rights is no longer can't to be followed. To better protect women's employment rights, should strengthen the legislation, to strengthen the clarity of the female employment discrimination, strengthen the punishment for women of vocational training measures and established mutiple level, many organizations social supervision and management system. Perfect female employment security system, not only to maintain the legal rights of women, the more beneficial to China to build a harmonious socialist society.

本论文研究目的就是为了保障妇女在就业方面的权利不受侵害的同时，并对现有法律法规进行的一些深入研究和对法律的完善提出意见：完善对女性就业权利保障的法律和加强有关部门对此的执法力度。对于保护女性这个特殊的群体的劳动就业的权利有着重要的理论及实践经验，不仅关系到社会关系的稳定发展，更是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。
