摘要:当前,在复杂的经济环境下,就业歧视问题层出不穷,并有越演越烈的趋势。就业歧视,导致劳动者的平等权利得不到保障,扰乱了经济市场的秩序,激化了社会矛盾,阻碍了社会的和谐发展。本文通过分析完善反就业歧视立法的理论意义和实践意义,指出现行反就业歧视立法存在的缺陷,包括法律界定不明确,责任承担机制缺失,反就业歧视机构缺位,以及法律救济途径有限等问题。本文在借鉴英美对于反就业歧视问题解决制度的基础上,对我国反就业歧视立法提出相关完善建议。

Abstract:At present, in a complex economic environment, the problem of employment discrimination endless, and has intensified the trend.
