【摘要】员工忠诚度降低是如今企业面对的普遍问题。低员工忠诚度往往造成高流动率,让企业运作不顺畅,难以构成一个稳定的体系结构使企业的声誉也受到负面影响。这无疑是人力资源上的浪费,对整个企业运作体系造成困扰,拖累了整个企业的利益。链家地产是一家二手房地产服务型中介,拥有着北京老品牌的背景以及技术支持,初来杭州发展,招聘大量员工。员工忠诚度问题是链家地产将要面临的严峻问题。本文将基于职业期望的角度,对链家地产员工忠诚度进行研究。本文首先通过整理文献,来分别阐述职业期望的概念和忠诚度的概念和之间的关系。其次通过问卷调查的方式,来明确链家地产员工忠诚度方面存在的问题,并提出针对性意见。

【Abstract】The employee loyalty reduce the common problems enterprises face today. Low employee loyalty is often caused by a high turnover rate, so that the operation of enterprises is not smooth, difficult to form a stable architecture also adversely affected the reputation of the enterprise. This is undoubtedly a waste of human resources, the operation of the entire enterprise system causing distress, dragging down the interests of the enterprise as a whole. Chain of family property is a second-hand real estate service-oriented agency, has a background of old Beijing brands and technical support, the early development of Hangzhou, recruit a large number of employees. Employee loyalty is a chain of family property will be faced with a serious problem. This article based on the angle of the career expectations, the chain of home real estate employee loyalty. First organize the literature to elaborate career expectations the concept and the concept of loyalty and the relationship between.  如今的研究文献中,对于职业期望的方向研究比较少。但是,职业期望又确实是影响忠诚度原因之一。对于初入职场的一线员工来说,职业期望对于员工的忠诚度影响可能更加重要。我们可以发现,针对于一个企业来展开进行对忠诚度研究的文献很少,而以一个企业来展开,从职业期望方向来展开对忠诚度来研究的更是少之又少。

本文从链家地产一个企业来展开,从职业期望的角度来研究忠诚度,我希望能对企业有一定的帮助和借鉴作用。
