摘要:卓越亚马逊是一家作为网上书店成长起来的非常卓越的电子商务公司，它在绝大多数电子商务公司的“瓶颈”物流方面取得成功，并成功地利用物流作为其促销手段。本论文对卓越亚马逊的物流管理系统的现状和其各种服务模式的优劣势进行了系统的分析，并与其他物流管理系统进行比较，结合市场调查发现卓越亚马逊在采取免运费和货到付款的优惠政策下所出现的问题，最后探究得出卓越亚马逊物流管理系统的成功运作经验。

ABSTRACT:Joyo Amazon grown into an excellent e-commerce company from an online bookstore, it is the success of logistics that is the bottleneck of the vast majority of e-commerce businesses. In this thesis, i analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Joyo Amazon's logistics management system and its various service models. I also compare Joyo Amazon's logistics management system with other logistics management system. And combined with the market survey I found questions on the ground of free shipping and delivery of preferential policies. Finally I obtain the Amazon drawn successful logistics management system operational experience.

随着物流产业的不断进步及其在国民经济中的日益渗透，它逐渐对各国经济产生了极其重要的影响。一方面，物流产业在一定程度上促进了我国经济的发展；另一方面，由于我国与西方发达国家在物流管理系统方面存在着巨大的“数字鸿沟”，如果我们不能迅速消除该鸿沟，那么，物流产业的日新月异给我国经济带来更多的是困难与挑战。
论文研究了卓越亚马逊在采取免运费和货到付款的优惠政策下存在的问题及解决策略，重点分析讨论了导致问题出现的各种因素，并在此基础上探究卓越亚马逊在解决这些问题的成功经验。
通过进行退货逆向物流管理，降低卓越亚马逊的退货率，可以提高整个物流管理系统的运作效率，改善企业的环境行为，提高企业在公众心目中的形象。卓越亚马逊通过对退货行为的管理，最大程度地利用现有资源，节约社会资源, 最大限度的减少企业产品使用后的废弃物对环境的破坏作用，使企业的运作具有了绿色化意义，提升了企业形象，给企业带来潜在的营销机会。
