摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，零售行业也迎来了高速增长的势头。商品的缺货对整个行业的影响也日益彰显。本文首先分析了目前缺货率的影响和零售业存在的问题，进一步提出控制缺货是我国零售业发展的必然选择，并就如何降低缺货率提出有现实意义的建议和对策。

Abstract：With the rapid development of our national economy, retail industry also ushered in the high-speed growth momentum. The shortage of goods for the industry and the influence of becomes more and more obvious. This paper first analyzes the influence of currently unavailable rate and retail existing problems, raises the control out of stock is the inevitable outcome of the development of our country's retail trade, and puts forward how to deal with out of stock rate is of practical significance of suggestions and countermeasures。

通过本文对零售行业缺货现状的探析，我们不难发现改善零售业商品运营和缺货控制工作的复杂性和艰巨性。而通过系统动力学的模型研究，用数据表明缺货率与配送中心的关系，而配送中心的调节时间是降低零售企业缺货率的保证。而我们只有在供应商、零售商、消费者的通力合作下，才能保证零售行业更为良性的可持续发展，有效解决市场经济下，日益增加的物质需求的矛盾，提高顾客忠诚度和国民幸福感。
