摘要:随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，环保的问题越来越受到消费者的关注。消费者对商品的要求不再只是外形、数量、品种和质量这几个方面，而是对商品的环保要求也越来越高，绿色经济成为他们追求的目标之一。在这种情况下，许多发达国家纷纷以保护环境为借口，在其拥有高技术的基础上，制定一系列的绿色壁垒，以提高其他国家产品进口的门槛。农产品作为一种特殊的商品，其出口贸易容易受到绿色壁垒的影响，这样绿色壁垒就成为农产品出口贸易的主要阻碍形式。广东省作为农产品出口的大省，其农产品出口也难逃绿色壁垒之困，其农产品出口面临的形势也越来越严峻，面对的挑战也越来越高。
本文通过对有关资料的整理和研究，从绿色壁垒的概念入手，对绿色壁垒的相关概念进行阐述，然后结合广东省农产品出口遭遇绿色壁垒的相关案例，对广东省农产品出口遭受绿色壁垒的原因以及对其的影响实质进行了分析，最后提出了广东省农产品出口跨越绿色壁垒应采取的措施的建议。

Abstract:As economy develops and people’s living standard goes higher, environmental protection is paid more and more attention by the consumers. The demands on merchandise by consumers are no longer their shape、quantity、variety and quality but rather their environmental parameters, and green economy becomes one of the aim which is pursued by them. In this context, many developed countries used environmental protection as a pretext for working out a series of policies about green barriers, and the green barriers are based on their high technology, what’s more, the purpose of they did this is making more difficult for importing. Export of agricultural products is deeply influenced by the green barriers just for agricultural products is a particular product, and then green barriers become the major obstacle of exporting agricultural products.Guangdong province is one of the most important areas of exporting agricultural products, so it is natural that Guangdong province is deeply influenced by the green barriers, and the situation and the challenge which it faces are both more and more serious.
Through collecting and studying of the documents, this paper starts from the relevant concepts of the green barriers, the next it will be in accordance with the cases of green barriers that Guangdong province has suffered to analyze the factors and the main influence, the final it will put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures against such green barriers for Guangdong province.
