摘要:近年来,随着大学生就业问题的凸显,大学生如何合理规划职业生涯的问题才引起高校及大学生的重视。职业生涯规划对于大学生活及以后的工作有极大的意义,所以对现今大学生职业生涯的现状进行研究就显得很有必要。本论文采用访谈法、调查问卷法,通过问卷对常州大学人力资源管理专业学生职业生涯规划现状进行了解,研究显示:各年级学生在专业认知方面有显著的差异,大四明显好于其他年级;是否有(班、院校或社团)干部经验在自我认知、自我控制方面有非常显著的差异;是否有有偿工作经验在反馈修正、专业认知上有显著差异;居住地(城镇、农村)不同和性别两方面没有显著差异。通过对问卷进行多角度分析发现可能存在的问题并提出合理意见。希望可以对人力资源管理专业教学提供参考,也为该专业大学生的职业生涯规划提出相应建议。

Abstract:In recent years,along with the employment of college students problem highlight,how college student occupation career planning problems caused by the universities and college students' attention.The study focus on the human resource management students' present situation about the career planning and use the questionnaire method in the survey from freshman to senior students,the results are analyzed with SPSS.The results showed that there is a significant gender difference in professional cognition.The identity of the organization difference has significant difference in self-control and self-recognition.A striking dissimilarity in engineering change order and professional cognition between have work experience and without work experience.Where to live,with or without work experience.There being no significant difference in career planning.Through the analysis of data finding that the problems in the proceed of career planning and the reasons for the problems.The study will put forward practical proposals combined with related theory.
