摘要:伴随着知识经济的到来,企业缓慢向国际化发展,08年金融危机余震犹存。金融危机即意味着整个国际社会由金融运转失调从而引发的整体或局部的金融动荡,使得金融产品包括利率、金融证券等价值大幅度缩水,引起投资者抛售不动产和长期金融资产来兑换成货币。这对我国的影响则是经济下行压力增大,企业经营更为艰难。且九五计划我国明确提出了经济转型的问题。在这样的综合环境下,企业充分感受并产生了对管理创新的迫切性。本文从当今国际国内的经济形势说起,引出企业管理创新,说明企业管理创新的作用,接着分析我国企业管理创新的成就及问题,提出理论上并且现实可操作的解决问题的措施,使我国企业在激烈的国际竞争中能占有一席之地。

Abstract:With the coming of knowledge economy, enterprises become international slowly and financial crisis aftershocks still exist in 2008.The financial crisis means that the entire international community gives rise to the overall or partial financial turmoil because of the financial dysfunctional. It makes financial products including interest rates, financial securities, and the value has shrunk dramatically, causing investors to sell real estate and long-term financial assets to be converted into currency. The impaction on China is increasing pressure of economic downturn, and business is more difficult. And so on, The Ninth Plan clearly put forward the economic restructuring. This article speaks from today's international and domestic economic situation, and then leads to the innovation of enterprise management, and illustrates the role of the enterprise management innovation. Then it analyses the achievements of China's enterprise management innovation and the problems and proposes operational solutions to problems in theory and practice. Finally, China's enterprises have a place in the fierce international competition.

人类在追求经济高速发展的同时,也存在尖锐的矛盾,即资源有限性与人类需求的无限性之间的矛盾。知识经济时代,对企业的管理进行创新已成为共识。对企业管理创新问题进行研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。企业实施管理创新,包括制度和观念上的创新,可以提高企业经济效益,降低交易成本。稳定企业、推动企业发展,提升企业竞争力,并有助于企业家阶层的形成。我国企业管理创新已有起色,但依然任重道远。因而,对企业管理创新问题进行研究,探索企业管理创新的实现途径,解除企业“内忧外患”,为当前相对落后的我国企业管理提供一些指导建议,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。21世纪是知识经济的时代,是管理的时代,是以管理取胜的时代,人们在企业活动中进行管理活动有其重要的现实意义和战略意义。
