摘要：目前，世界酒店行业正进入一个激烈竞争时期，传统酒店面临着严峻的考验，消费者已经不满足于传统的酒店服务模式，而主题酒店则面临着机遇与挑战。本论文以研究主题酒店的发展和服务的相关文献为出发点，通过分析主题酒店的发展和服务的特征、影响其提供服务的因素，以及通过主题酒店与传统酒店之间的对比，结合对我国目前酒店服务质量管理存在问题的分析，以香港迪士尼酒店的发展和服务为实证分析，探讨如何建立与发展主题酒店，从而降低主题酒店服务质量的不可控性。

Abstract：At present, the world hotel profession was entering a steep competition time, the traditional hotel faces the stern test, the consumer was already not satisfying the traditional hotel service pattern, but the subject hotel was facing the opportunity and the challenge. The present paper take studies the subject hotel the development and the service related literature as a starting point, through the analysis subject hotel's development and the service characteristic, affects it to provide the service the factor, as well as through between the subject hotel and the traditional hotel's contrast, unifies to our country present hotel grade of service management existence question analysis, take Hong Kong Disney hotel's development and the service as the empirical analysis, how discusses to build and the development subject hotel, thus reduces the subject hotel grade of service the uncontrollability.

主题酒店的发展大多是学习和借鉴国外酒店，我们可以从分析香港迪士尼酒店的主题发展所存在的实际问题中，吸取当中的发展方法和经验，从而为其他主题酒店的建设提供相应的参考措施，为主题酒店的发展提供参照，令其吸引更多顾客，从而带来额外的收益。
目前我国绝大多数的酒店还是城市中转型的酒店，功能相同、市场也相同。主题酒店的推出，将逐步解决这个问题。相比传统酒店那千篇一律的设施设备和模式化的服务，主题酒店具有传统酒店无法比拟的优势。主题酒店要确立好自己的主题文化，把酒店的各个方面融入到主题中去，以独特的个性化服务代替刻板的服务模式，这正正体现出主题酒店对客人的信任和尊重，是酒店业发展新的一种模式。
