摘要:新疆旅游业起步于改革开放之初，经过30余年的发展已是硕果累累，为新疆的经济、社会、文化等方面的发展做出了重大的贡献。虽然2009年7月5日乌鲁木齐严重打砸抢烧暴力犯罪事件至今已三年有余，但对新疆的经济，政治，文化等多方面均造成严重不良影响，尤其给民众带来的沉重的心理阴影。新疆旅游业因“7·5事件”而受到的重创。
本文着力于从新疆旅游业的历史发展历程，到“7·5事件”后的旅游业现状进行分析，重点从寻求补救措施和解决相应问题出发，探索中肯的方法，并结合实际对新疆旅游业再次崛起的可持续发展做出规划和展望，寻求可持续发展和创新，努力在最短时期内消除暴力事件对新疆旅游业带来的负面影响。

ABSTRACT:Xinjiang's tourism industry started in the beginning of reform and opening up, after 30 years of development has made great achievements.In July 5, 2009 the Urumqi serious violent crime has more than three years, Xinjiang's economy, politics, culture and other aspects are causing serious adverse effects, especially to the people of the heavy psychological shadow. Xinjiang tourism industry and affected by the "seven five" event.
This paper focus on the tourism industry of Xinjiang history, to the situation after seven five event tourism industry analysis, from the point of seeking remedies and solve the corresponding problems, explore the pertinent methods, combined with the actual of Xinjiang tourism sustainable development to rise again to make planning and vision, seek innovation and development. Efforts to eliminate the negative effects of violence on the tourism industry in Xinjiang in the shortest period of time.

研究意义
目前,旅游业在新疆区域经济发展中越来越占重要地位,新疆旅游业发展取得显著成就的同时还存在了一些制约因素及不足之处。新疆虽然具有得天独厚的旅游资源优势，比如四季分明，高山流水，沙漠绿洲，历史遗迹，少数民族名俗差异等显著特点。但旅游业季节性强、旅游景点分散、地区间旅游经济发展不平衡等因素，以及旅游业管理系统的不完善，第三产业服务业的配套不健全等软性条件同样制约着旅游业迈向更高的平台。
新疆是一个多民族地区，因为历史与地理上的因素与祖国内地、沿海地区交流甚少，这也给新疆在内地人民的心中蒙上了一层神秘的面纱。旅游业的发展带来了少数民族地区经济的发展使得社会更加稳定，同时不同文化之间的交流也增进了新疆与国内外的交流，使外界更加了解新疆的优势资源、深厚的历史文化积淀等等，这也同时增强了外界对新疆的关注，进一步的加强新疆经济的发展。
