摘要:连锁超市是目前零售业中最常见最重要的业态,连锁零售企业具有高效率、多品种的特点,因此它在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色。而随着世界经济一体化进程的不断加快,许多外国大型零售企业都进军中国,国内的连锁超市面临着极大的冲击与挑战。虽然我国连锁超市已经有十多年的发展,但是与国际连锁超市相比起来仍有很多不足,主要是物流设施的落后和物流运作模式的的单一。因此,针对目前存在的问题,本论文通过分析国外典型的连锁超市—沃尔玛的物流配送发展现状和优势,以及国内物流配送存在的主要问题,最后通过典型配送模式对比分析,研究出了适合我国国情的配送模式的具体方案,并提出怎样提高连锁超市的配送能力,从而缩小与国外连锁超市的差距,提高自身竞争力,使企业得到共赢的利益。

ABSTRACT:Retail supermarket chain is currently the most common and important formats, retail chains with high efficiency and variety of features, so it is in people's lives play an increasingly important role. And as the world economy continues to accelerate the integration process, many foreign large-scale retail enterprises to enter China, the domestic supermarket chains face significant impacts and challenges. Although our supermarket chain has ten years of development, but up compared with the international supermarket chains are still many shortcomings, mainly logistics facilities and logistics behind a single mode of operation. Therefore, for the current problems, this paper analyzes the typical foreign supermarket chains - Wal-Mart's logistics development status and advantages, as well as domestic logistics and distribution of the main problems, and finally through the comparative analysis of the typical distribution model, developed a suitable for China the distribution pattern of specific programs, and propose how to improve the supermarket chain's distribution capabilities, thereby reducing the gap with foreign supermarket chains to improve their competitiveness and enable enterprises to be win-win benefits.
