摘要：伴随先进管理理念和管理制度的发展，供应链管理成为企业发展中不可缺少的一个组成部分。家电业的竞争也已从单个企业的竞争演变为供应链的竞争，供应链的整合越来越受行业重视。本论文对供应链及供应链管理的相关理论知识做一阐述，强调供应链管理的重要战略意义。笔者基于宏观分析我国家电企业供应链管理的现状，又通过个案研究苏宁电器，运用SWOT分析苏宁电器供应链管理概况，从内部、外部制约因素剖析苏宁电器在供应链管理上存在的瓶颈，针对存在的问题提出相关发展策略与建议，进一步推动苏宁电器供应链管理的建设，为苏宁电器供应链管理的发展营造一个良好的发展环境和发展空间。

ABSTRACT：With the development of the advanced management concept and management system, supply chain management as an integral part in the enterprise development. Industry competition has from the single enterprise competition turn into the supply chain competition, supply chain integration of the industry become more and more attention. This paper related theory knowledge of the supply chain and supply chain management, do a stress on the important strategic significance of the supply chain management. The author based on the macro analysis of the status quo of our country home appliance enterprise supply chain management, and through the case study of Su Ning appliance, applying SWOT to analysis Su Ning electric equipment supply chain management overview, from the internal and external factors to analysis the bottlenecks of Su Ning appliance in supply chain management, putting forward the related development strategies and suggestions on the existing problems, and further promoting the construction of Su Ning electric equipment of the supply chain management, to build a good development space and environment of the supply chain management for Su Ning electric equipment development.

伴随先进管理理念和管理制度的发展，供应链管理成为企业发展中不可缺少的一个组成部分。供应链管理的具体应用就是将企业的业务流程视为一个价值增值和价值创造的网链状结构，将企业的生产、营销、财务、研发和人力资源等业务活动有机地整合，做好计划、协调、组织和控制等各个环节的工作，按照链条状的特征安排企业的业务流程，使得各个环节既相互联系，使企业的供、产、销系统形成一条价值流通链。目前，家电业的竞争已从单个企业的竞争演变为供应链的竞争，供应链的整合越来越受行业重视。无论你是从业还是创业，掌握供应链管理都将助企业掌控所在领域的制高点。
通过对苏宁电器的物流配送及供应链管理进行梳理分析，提出发展战略，组建发展家电行业第三方物流的新思路。用供应链管理的角度从根本上解决企业销售与供应物流等相关问题，为苏宁电器制订长久有效的发展战略提供理论与实际依据。
