摘要:改革开放以来，我国高校逐年实行扩招，大学生已经不再是个稀有的名词。几十年急功近利的扩招在如今弊端日益明显。大学生就业形势日渐严峻。在这种情况下，工作起点高、能有效解决就业、给社会和个人能带来丰厚回报的大学生创业这一课题逐步被人们和学校所正视。但是在前仆后继的大学生创业大部队中最后能名利双收的实为少数。本课题深入分析研究大学生创业现状调查，结合国家政策走向，了解并得到大学生创业成功率很低的原因所在，对其原因进行分析总结。提出相应的对策。以求提高大学生微型企业创业成功率。

对于大学生而言，毕业之后常规路线就是应聘公司从基层累积经验逐步做起。但是在一系列优秀大学生创业成功之后，大学生创业这一课题被越来越多的学校和大学生重视。大学生创业，最直接的效益就是解决了就业问题。这在当前大学生就业压力大这一时代背景下展现了举足轻重的作用。再而就是创业成功之后为他们带来的社会地位以及经济的回报，这也是促使大学生创业一个重要的动力源泉。然而，因为大学生是一个特殊的群体，他们具有较高的知识和技能的储备，有高级的管理知识，但是资金短缺，社会经验不足等一系列的问题让大学生创业主流还是创办微型企业。本课题对于大学生创业的研究也是基于创办微型企业这一基础上的。
