摘要:20世纪90年代以来产业技术创新联盟作为一种全新的产学研合作模式在全球范围内大量涌现,并成为企业提高创新效率、获取竞争优势的关键方式联盟的绩效和评价一直是产业技术创新战略联盟关注的焦点之一,不可否认产业技术创新联盟联盟对实现自主创新,促进科技经济一体化,促进科技成果转化等方面有着重要的意义,但如果绩效评价方法的不明确势必会引起技术创新成果评价不公正。本文从产业技术创新联盟绩效评价方法选择对我国产业发展的意义以及方法选择的必要性等方面进行研究,阐述了方法选择的重要性。同时引用并比较了国内外学者对联盟绩效评价的一些方法,选择了将定性与定量方法相结合的模糊综合绩效评价方法作为我国产业技术创新联盟的绩效评价方法。同时通过对江苏省技术创新联盟整体绩效的分析和研究论证了此种方法的优越性。
