摘要：本文从我国对外贸易的进出口现状出发，提出了关注外汇风险的必要性，接着阐述了外贸企业和外汇风险的内涵，以及外汇风险的种类，然后从我国外贸企业中的一些真实案例出发，简述外汇风险存在的结售汇不及时、汇兑损失严重以及出口成本提高的现状，进而从多方面分析其风险存在的原因，主要为我国法制的不完善、国际市场汇率的大幅波动、企业自身结构问题以及金融工具的选择问题，最后针对原因分析，总结前人的经验，并结合我国自身的情况，提出规避外汇风险的措施。目的是为我国的外贸企业提供规避外汇风险的措施，让企业能够依据自身的情况进行分析，选择适合自己的规避风险的措施。经过本文的阐述和分析，对于金融危机之后的外贸企业来说，会对其的发展和壮大产生一定的帮助。

Abstract: In the first place, this article illustrates the contents of foreign trade enterprise and exchange risk, it also explained different types of exchange risk. Then it gives several examples to show the problem of foreign trade. For instance, exchange settlement delay, loss of exchange and the increase of export cost. The mainly reason of these problem are the imperfection of legal system, fluctuation of exchange rate, financial instruments and so on. We are aiming at finding the measures to let companies avoiding the exchange risk according to its status. This article will surely be a good help to the foreign trade enterprise in the future expansion after the financial crisis.
