摘要：“移动支付”一词频频出现在世人的生活中，移动支付产业的迅猛发展已成为不争的事实，移动支付技术也正在深刻地改变着社会生产和人们的生活方式。移动支付业务已经成为我国信息化建设的重要标志，我国适合开展移动支付产业发展的基础环境已经形成，如何在这种前提下继续推进移动支付产业的有序发展，是一个值得深入研究探讨的课题。
本文应用了演绎与归纳相结合的研究方法，首先对移动支付的定义与分类做了简要的介绍。其次对国外移动支付市场做了分析，归纳出移动支付产业的三类商业模式。然后本文回顾了我国移动支付的发展历程，全面分析了国内移动支付市场领域存在的有利条件和制约因素。最后针对分析得出的问题对我国移动支付发展提出了策略性建议，并总结了对该课题的研究成果，希望对我国移动支付产业的发展提供有益的帮助。

Abstract：In recent years, the word “mobile payment” frequently appeared in our lives. The rapid development of mobile payment industry becomes an undisputable reality, and the mobile payment technology is changing the way of social production and people's lifestyle. Mobile payment services have become an important sign of national information construction. The basic environment of China’s Mobile Payment had been formed. If where to already the foundation goes up, continue to advance Mobile payment services develop healthy and orderly become worthy to further study.
This article combines the Induction and deduction. Firstly this paper has done the brief introduction in the definition and classification of Mobile payment. Secondly, this article made particular research on the mobile payment industry of overseas markets and concludes three main business models of Mobile payment industry. Thirdly, this article reviews the experience of Mobile payment industry in China, makes a complete analysis of the factors promoting and constraining domestic Mobile payment market. Finally, provides strategic advices for the problem of China’s Mobile payment industry and carries on the summary to the research achievement, it is hoped that can provide some beneficial help for the development of Mobile payment services in China.
