摘要：本文首先介绍了ERP沙盘模拟对抗课程这种新形式的体验式实践课程。然后介绍了作者导师及作者本人在ERP沙盘模拟对抗课程的学习、比赛及ERP沙盘模拟对抗学生社团的组建、教学和实践中遇到的问题和总结出的经验。并据此论证了ERP沙盘模拟对抗课程和ERP沙盘模拟对抗学生社团对财会专业基础理论教学所带来的促进作用。论述了ERP沙盘模拟对抗课程和ERP沙盘模拟对抗学生社团在培养综合型创新人才中起到的效果。并进一步推广至探索体验式实践课程和兴趣性学术社团对理论教学带来的促进作用以及在培养综合型创新人才中起到的效果。

Abstract：This paper introduce the new type of experiential practical course, The ERP sand table mock confrontation course at first. Then introduce the experience of the writer and his teacher in the ERP sand table mock confrontation course during their teaching and studying and the formation of the Student organization of ERP sand table mock confrontation. And demonstrate that The ERP sand table mock confrontation course and the Student organization of ERP sand table mock confrontation benefit the teaching of basic theories of accounting course and the synthetically innovative personal training. Then promotion the topic to that the Experiential practical course and Student organization on science with interest benefit the teaching of basic theories
