摘 要:当代世界，由于社会经济的迅速发展，企业之间的竞争变得越来越激烈。要面对这样激烈的竞争，企业既要能够生产出高质量低价格的产品和服务，又要产品和服务能够满足消费者的需求。这就需要企业做到两点：第一，要加强内部管理水平，实行精益生产和全面质量管理，加强成本管理。第二，要能准确的把握市场需求，利用信息技术手段，进行市场分析和预测，生产出能够满足消费者的需求的产品。
在这种情况下，尤其是制造业企业，实施以流程优化为导向的，能够实现企业内快速的信息集成和共享的ERP系统是企业的很好的选择。ERP系统是把先进的管理经验和技术与信息技术结合在一起，利用软件系统特有的优势，实现对于企业的流程优化，提高管理水平。但是由于ERP实施涉及到企业内部变革，再加上信息系统本身就非常复杂，需要外部实施公司的介入，知识转移的量和难度都非常大，需要相关人员的密切配合，领导的高度支持才能够成功。所以高风险是ERP的一个主要特征。
本文以ERP实施中的知识转移为研究对象，结合前人的研究基础，先研究了ERP实施中的原理和实施的过程，接着研究了知识以及知识和转移的相关理论，最后以ERP实施的各个过程为主线，介绍了ERP实施中的知识转移，以及涉及到一些在知识转移中的影响因素。希望本文的研究能够给ERP实施人员以借鉴。

Abstract:In modern society, due to the development of the society economy, the competitions between companies are become more and more fierce. To face these fierce competitions, enterprises need to not only could provide high quality and low cost production, but also these productions must meet the consumers’ need. Enterprises could do two points to make it: First, they need to promote management level; implement lean production and Total Quality Control enhance cost management. Secondly, they need to accurately grasp the demand of the market. They could use technology methods to perform market survey, manufacture productions what could meet consumers’ need.
In this condition, implement ERP system which is process-oriented and information integrated is a good choice especially for manufacturing enterprise. ERP system combines managerial know-how and information technology, which could optimize business processes and raise the management level. But due to the complexity of ERP system and the amount of knowledge transfer is very huge; the implement risk is very high.
This article mainly studies the knowledge transfer in ERP implement. Be built on previous research, the main content of this article contains ERP implementation process, knowledge and knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer in ERP implementation process and some influencing factors about knowledge transfer in ERP implementation process. I hope ERP implementers could learn something from this article.
