摘要:社会经济的发展带动了人们生活水平的提高,对旅游产业产生了深远影响,旅游业在我国有了很大的发展,旅游逐渐成为人们生活中的一部分。另一方面,旅游业的不断壮大对拉动内需也同样起着重要作用。由于各方面的原因,我国旅游业发展起点晚于别的国家,发展也相对缓慢,在一定程度上国内对旅游业的研究也相对比较少。本文以中等城市居民为研究对象,主要研究居民旅游消费心理及行为特征,以中等城市无锡市为例,将无锡市民作为调查对象,在大量资料分析和问卷调查的基础上,辅以心理学、旅游消费者行为学、社会学、经济学、社会学等相关理论为指导,对旅游消费行为进行深入研究。在这些努力下最后总结出关于中等城市居民旅游消费的七大倾向,并对倾向做了说明,最后以倾向为依据,对我国旅游行业提出了一些建议,对旅游经营者在制定经营战略上有一定的帮助。

Abstract:Promote social and economic development of people's living standards improve, the tourism industry has had a profound impact on the tourism industry in our country has been greatly developed, tourism has become a part of people's lives. On the other hand, the tourism industry continues to grow on stimulating domestic demand also plays an important role. Due to various reasons, the starting point for the development of China's tourism industry later than other countries, the development is relatively slow, to a certain extent, domestic tourism research is also relatively small. In this paper, medium-sized city residents for the study, the main research residents travel consumer psychology and behavioral characteristics to medium-sized city of Wuxi City as an example, the people in Wuxi for the survey, a large number of data analysis and on the basis of questionnaires, supplemented by psychology, tourism consumer behavior, sociology, economics, sociology, and other related theory as a guide, the tourism-depth study of consumer behavior. In these efforts concluded that urban residents about the middle of the seven tourism consumption propensity, tendency and made ​​a note, and finally to tend as a basis for China's tourism industry made ​​a number of recommendations on the tour operators in the formulation of business strategy on some help.
