摘要:中小企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，在经济发展中具有不可替代的作用，其在繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新、合理产业结构等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是目前中小企业的发展还存在着很大的问题，其中最大的问题就是多数中小企业都无暇顾及或无意识顾及企业的融资管理建设。而在企业管理中，融资管理是现代中小企业生存和发展的关键环节。这就需要广大中小企业正确的认识到融资管理在企业的生存发展中的重要性，并正确的分析其在融资管理方面出现问题的原因，从而找出合理的解决措施。本文首先从绪论着手介绍了这篇论文的选题背景、意义、研究思路及方法然后介绍了企业融资管理的概念及其重要性，接着从我国中小企业的发展情况入手分析我国中小企业融资管理方面存在的问题并得出其成因，以此为基础从而提出具有针对性的解决措施，以期我国中小企业的融资管理方面存在的问题能够得到合理的解决，创造良好的融资管理环境，对我国中小企业的发展起到一定的促进作用。

ABSTRACT:As a very important part of the national economy, small and medium enterprises (SEMs) play an irreplaceable role in the economic development, especially with an obviously rising influence on prospering economy, increasing employment, promoting innovation and adjusting industrial structure rationally and so on. However, there exist many issues within the development of these SEMs, among which the financial management and construction of enterprises is the biggest problem that most of those firms are too busy to attach sufficient importance to the point or just do not realize its critical role in the progress. In business management, finance without doubt is the key for the survival and development of these companies, thus one important thing the majority of SMEs are required to realize is to build consciousness on the importance of financial management in the course of their own survival and development and analyze problems caused by it correctly to finally find out reasonable solutions. This paper starts with introduction on the background, significance, and research methods of choosing this topic, and then presents the concepts and importance of enterprise financial management, followed by analysis on the existing problems and gaining of the causes in aspect of financial management from nowadays developing statement of our country’s SEMs, based on which targeted measures would be proposed in an expectation to solve those issues, create a positive and sound financial management environment and to declaring a certain promoting role in the development of the country’s SEMs practically.
