摘要：企业将自己的非核心业务外包给第三方物流服务商已成为一种趋势，一些企业为了增强核心竞争力而增加了对物流外包的需求。本文通过对嘉宝莉公司物流外包业务的分析,对物流外包所带的风险和管理运用的方法方式进行了研究，分析了物流外包在企业中存在的问题，进而提出了对物流外包的改善措施，以提升物流外包在企业发展中的作用。
