摘要：自《食品安全法》实施以来，虽然在立法方面对食品安全作出了一定的规定，但纵观整个市场，食品安全问题依旧层出不穷。本文分析了我国目前食品追溯现状，深入探析了目前食品追溯难点及存在的问题。从物联网技术的角度说明食品安全追溯管理系统的应用，以及实施此项工作的具体意义及对未来的展望。
