摘要：人口老龄化是21世纪全球最突出的社会现象之一，我国作为一个人口基数大国，人口老龄化趋势更为突出。老年人作为一个成长中的金融市场，具有很大的市场前景，特别是在“未富先老”的特殊国情下，由于养老保险制度相对的不完善，那么以商业银行为首的金融机构投资理财就成为对老年人养老金的有利补充。而上海是全国最早进入人口老龄化、且程度最高的城市。作为一个有着较好经济基础、金融业相对发达的地区，除了政府社会保险养老金的增值需要多种投资品种，老年人更需要树立起自身的投资观、强化理财意识，为自己的养老进行理财规划，这就需要商业银行开发更丰富的金融产品来进行投资。本文总结分析国际经验、上海老年人金融消费特征与商业银行的产品服务体系。在此基础上，针对在沪商业银行构建系统化养老金融产品服务体系，从多层次产品服务以及产品创新等方面提出建议，从而为养老事业做出贡献。

Abstract:Population aging is one of the world's most prominent social phenomenon in 21st century.As our country has a large population base, an aging population trend is more prominent in China. The elderly as a growing market and untapped market, especially in the case of old-age insurance system is imperfect, financial institutions led by commercial banks will become a mechanism for the government pension supplement beneficial. And Shanghai is the first population aging society in China and has the highest level of the it. As a relatively developed financial industry region of good economic foundation,except for more investment products to make social security pension value-added, people need to enhance their awareness of investment and need to have more financial products to invest for their own retirement financial planning as well. This paper summarizes the international experience and analyzes the finance consumption characteristics of shanghai older people and commercial banking products and services system. On this basis, for the endowment of financial products and services to build a systematic system of commercial banks in Shanghai and make recommendations in terms of products and services as well as prospective multi-level product innovation, so as to contribute to the cause for the pension.
