摘要：上海和香港在不同的经济发展趋势和不同的战略需求下建设国际金融中心，既取决于各自的经济和金融发展水平，也有赖于所在的经济腹地和政策支持。本文旨在研究上海与香港在构建国际金融中心的过程中，各自拥有的有利条件以及已取得的成绩，比较分析其存在的发展动力和制约因素，进而探析两地建设国际中心的竞争优势，以及如何错位竞争、在互补合作中实现共赢。

Abstract：Shanghai and Hong Kong construct the international finance center under different economy trends and different strategic demands. This not only depends on their economic and financial development level, but also depends on the economic hinterland and policy support. This article aims at studying the advantages and achievements of Shanghai and Hong Kong in the process of building an international financial center. Comparing and analyzing the development power and the restriction factors between Shanghai and Hong Kong. Then make a further analysis of their competitive advantages during the construction of the International Center, and to find out how to compete dislocated, to achieve a win-win situation in the complementary cooperation.
