摘要：早在前些年，股权分置改革就已经进入了全面实施阶段，证券公司此时在市场中的作用得以发挥，主导证券公司发展的最主要的思路就是要对其盈利模式加以完善，以便提升公司业绩。而证券公司的经营业绩以效率为重要的衡量指标。为此，当务之急，我们要采取一切手段提升其经营效率。在我国，主要是利用DEA和SFA方法来进行公司的经营效率分析，虽然和国际化的大公司比较，我国的证券公司的规模和水平都无法与他们相比，但是我国证券公司与我国当前的社会经济发展状况相适应，符合中国的基本国情。
在本篇论文里，笔者利用了数据包络分析方法DEA对典型的证券公司的经营模式进行了全面的分析，得出我国的证券市场上有明显的两极分化倾向，其次就是对随机前沿分析法SFA并与DEA做了简单的分析与比较，然后提出了一些有用的建议用来指导我国证券市场的发展进一步走向科学化与规范化。

Abstract：In2006， the share reform has entered a stage of advancement， securities companies began to develop its true role of the market，the fundamental driving force leading the development of a securities company that has always been its own internal， is to improve profitability model，improve operational efficiency， so the securities companies efficiency study without delay.
Efficiency is an important measure of operating performance of securities firms，DEA and SFA methods are widely used in two ways to approach the efficiency of the study，although China' s securities companies and securities firms compared internationally renowned relatively small scale，but with itsown management level，technical level and the overall environment in which the basic match the scale of China's securities companies is the most basic fit.
Firstly，using data envelopment analysis DEA representative of the securities of the company's business model analysis，concluded that the polarization of the stock market seriously. Followed by a brief introduction and Stochastic Frontier Analysis SFA and DEA were compared.Finally the development of China's stock market to make a few suggestions.
