摘要:自重庆成为直辖市以来，在社会经济、思想建设、政治文化等各方面都发生着翻天覆地的变化，但是社会经济的快速发展速度却远远快于现代物流产业的发展，即使重庆市具有发展第三方物流产业的良好政策环境和地理优势及经济基础，但其物流体系的不完善、物流人才不足和物流成本的高昂也制约着其第三方物流的发展，为了能够处理好这一系列问题，重庆市第三方物流必须采取措施，改善第三方物流产业自身的经营能力和条件，以此来满足新时达客户的高标准和高要求，只有这样，才能使企业在降低顾客的费用支出的同时使自己也得到利润；同时，当企业之间也相互竞争时候，只有想法使产品和服务的成本低于对手，才能在以后的竞争中取得优势，重庆市第三方物流的发展就应该抓住这些基本的特征，通过具体的方案来进行，相信会对于第三方物流的发展具有十分重大的作用。
