摘要：本文以中国石化广州分公司A公司为研究对象，基于对A公司运输系统调查研究，发现企业存在很多运能浪费的现象，运输能力有待提高，并结合实际情况，对A公司成品油运输存在的问题提出相应的措施。主要利用节约里程法，进行成品油系统优化设计，建立A公司成品油运输优化路径，通过对A公司运输的不合理运输进行改进，使得在减少运输费用、提高运输效率的同时提高A公司成品油供应链的整体绩效，从而增强A公司在整个石化行业的企业优势和核心竞争力。

ABSTRACT: According to the China Petroleum Guangzhou branch of A company as the research object, research on the transport system based on the A company, found that enterprises have a lot of capacity waste phenomenon, transportation system needs to be improved, combined with the actual situation, put forward the corresponding measures for the existing A product oil transportation issues, mainly use the saving algorithm, optimization design the finished product oil system, the establishment of A company refined oil transportation path optimization, by improving the unreasonable transportation on A transport, resulting in reduced transportation costs, improve transport efficiency and improve the overall performance of A company refined oil supply chain. Enhancing a company in the petrochemical industry enterprise advantages and core competitiveness.
