摘要:自21世纪以来，加工贸易在我国对外贸易构成方式中，占超过一半的份额。加工贸易是对外贸易的重要组成方式，也是利用外资的主要方式，是推动对外经济贸易快速持续发展的主要动力。中国加工贸易虽然发展迅速，但是仍然面临着一系列的问题，如：加工贸易地区分布不平衡，中西部地区远落后于东部地区；大量贸易顺差导致人民币升值压力加大，以及我国加工贸易面临着转型与升级等问题。
近几年，安徽省加工贸易虽然呈现出良好的发展趋势，但仍然存在问题，比如安徽省加工贸易占对外贸易的比重比较小；吸引外资的效益不理想；出口的商品多为附加值低的劳动密集型产品；加工贸易产品科技水平较低以及缺乏高素质的劳动力等。对于这些问题，可以通过提高劳动力素质，引进人才；鼓励技术创新，提高自主开发能力以及完善加工贸易管理体制，创造良好的政策环境等发面来改善 。本文从当下安徽省加工贸易发展现状着手，先找出安徽省加工贸易发展中的问题，再提出解决这些问题的对策建议。这能够为分析当下安徽省加工贸易中存在的问题提供一定的参考。

ABSTRACT:Since the 21st century, the processing trade is a part of China's foreign trade , which still account for more than half of the share. Processing trade is not only an important component of foreign trade, but also the use of foreign capital, which promote the development of foreign economic trade. China's processing trade has been developing fast, but still faces a number of problems, such as: the regional distribution of processing trade imbalance; a large number of trade surplus led to increasing pressure on RMB appreciation, China's processing trade is facing transformation and upgrading.
In recent years, the processing trade of Anhui Province has shown a good development trend, but still got some problems, such as the proportion of processing trade accounted for foreign trade in Anhui Province's is relatively small; benefits of attracting foreign investment is not ideal; export of goods for labor-intensive products with low added value; processing trade products with lower level of science and technology; lack of qualified labor. For these problems, by improving the quality of the labor force, the introduction of talent; encouraging technological innovation, improving self-development capacity and improving the processing trade management system to create a favorable policy environment. In this paper, from the current status quo of the development of processing trade in Anhui Province, first find out the problems in the development of processing trade in Anhui Province, and then put forward suggestions to solve these problems. This can provide a reference for the analysis of the problems that exist in the processing trade.

近年来，加工贸易一直是我国对外贸易的重要组成部分，也是我国外贸增长最快的部分，它占我国进出口贸易总额的大部分。但是安徽省的加工贸易的发展水平却低于我国加工贸易的平均水平，更远远低于我国东部沿海地带。
安徽省最开始的贸易方式只有一般贸易，基本上没有加工贸易和其他贸易方式。之后，随着国家鼓励发挥我国劳动力成本优势发展加工贸易的带动下，东部沿海地区的加工贸易开始快速发展，这也带动了安徽省加工贸易的从无到有、从小到大的发展。2011年安徽省加工贸易占出口贸易额的比重仅为20.48%，而同一年江苏省加工贸易占出口贸易额的比重为41.58%，这说明安徽省在发展加工贸易中存在许多的问题。所以需要对安徽省加工贸易的现状进行分析以找出安徽省加工贸易发展中的问题，并以此提出解决的对策与意见。
